Is My Product Eligible for Return?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product:

  • Is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Has tags, seals, and labels intact

  • Is not listed in a non-returnable category

What If I Received the Wrong or Damaged Product?

For the following issues:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product inside the box is damaged (but outer shipping box looks fine)

  • Item missing from the box

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and share photos/videos of the unboxing, including the packaging and the product. These cases do not follow the regular 14-day return rule and must be raised within 3 days.

 Non-Returnable Categories (unless defective)

  • Workout equipment or accessories

  • Freebies, gifts, or promotional items

  • Opened, used, or tampered items

  • Items from combo packs (if returned individually)

  • Taste/health-related complaints

  • Products with missing or tampered scratch codes or batch numbers

Received a Fake Product?

At Whey Daddy, we work directly with brands and verified vendors only. Each product is sourced from official distributors or brand-authorized sellers, ensuring authenticity. If you ever doubt a product’s genuineness:

  • Contact the brand’s customer care

  • Share the batch number and images for verification

What If the Product is Close to Expiry?

We stock only the latest batches and receive fresh inventory regularly. Still, if a product is listed under clearance sale or is near expiry, it will be clearly labeled as such.

Definitions for "Near Expiry":

  • Shelf life >18 months: Expiry within 4 months

  • Shelf life 12–18 months: Expiry within 2 months

How to Initiate a Return?

To initiate a return, please email us at manage.wheydaddy@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant images or videos as proof

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • A pickup will be scheduled via our courier partner

  • Pack the item securely in original condition

  • Follow the instructions provided by our team

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • For refund on orders, we’ll request your bank account details for transfer.

🕒 Allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account post-initiation.

Damaged Shipping Box at Delivery?

If the outer shipping box is damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery

  • Contact our support team immediately

We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund as needed.

Marked Delivered, But Didn’t Receive the Order?

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, report the issue within 2 days of the delivery notification. We will take it up with the courier service and resolve the case promptly.
