- Products are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Sale, promotional, or discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Returns are only applicable to products purchased at their original price.

- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You are dissatisfied with the product received.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and replacement requests. Please also share:
- Reason for return
- Product images
- Order details
Return Process
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If your request is approved, we will arrange a suitable replacement or provide further instructions regarding the return process.
- The replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified by our team.
Non-Returnable Items
