  • Returns are only applicable to products purchased at their original price.

  • You are dissatisfied with the product received.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and replacement requests. Please also share:

  • Reason for return
  • Product images
  • Order details

Return Process

  • Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If your request is approved, we will arrange a suitable replacement or provide further instructions regarding the return process.
  • The replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified by our team.

Non-Returnable Items
