Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at manage.wheydaddy@gmail.com with your order details.
Cancellation After Shipment
- Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
